20 reasons summer reading can wait.

As each day passes, I become more and more amazed at the amount of GREAT movies you have not seen ( and dare I say, have not heard 0f ). ( and by "you" I am generally talking to the born post 1980 crew. And by that of cores. I mean you, the Merzbachs.) 1980 and before produced many of the greatest movies to ever grace the screen, and unfortunately, they have somehow become lost to our generation. So blockbuster, Net Flix, or just strait up buy one, if not all these films. You'll be glad you did. my personal top 20...

  1. Casablanca (1942)
  2. Citezen Kane (1941)
  3. On The Water Front (1954)
  4. Gone With The Wind (1939)
  5. Laurence Of Arabia (1962)
  6. It's A wonderful Life (1946)
  7. Sunset Boulevard (1950)
  8. Singin' In The Rain (1952)
  9. A Streetcar Named Desire (1951)
  10. The Philadelphia Story (1940)
  11. M.A.S.H. (1970)
  12. Raging Bull (1980)
  13. All Quiet On The Western Front (1930)
  14. An American in Paris (1952)
  15. Shane (1953)
  16. The Jazz Singer (1929)
  17. The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938)
  18. Duck Soup (1933)
  19. A Clockwork Orange (1972)
  20. Smiles Of A Summer Night (1955)

Thats plenty to keep you busy for a while. (Summer reading can wait. These, can not.)

OK they're awesome. And you're awesome as well. My mom walked by and read the list, and I think she almost spasmed she was so happy. You made her day.
