Colorado. No ocean out here, but plenty of rippable urban single track. Made it into Ft Collins yesterday afternoon, promptly met up with Tim, and hit up some local 'cross action until sunset. The single track around Campus here is perfect for cross bikes. Just the right dirt consistency for the skinny nobbies to rail on.

The flight out was lame. I got got busted for trying to sneak into first class. It was nice while it lasted, and I only had to move back to an exit row, so it wasn't too bad. It's just no fun when your lap top battery dies before take off. At least the rabbit sitting next to me was a cool cat, and didn't fight me for the arm rest.

Things are a little tight with all the bikes in town this weekend. There's a few [relatively] clean dorm's on the hall, so there's always a place to chill if you feel like stretching out.

After the ride a bunch of us hit up the Thursday night CRU. It's basically catholic church, but we sing with a live band and the preacher accidentally asked god to allow him to bury (as opposed to marry) his wife. It was pretty funny. None of the guys are really religious, but apparently it's a good place to pick up girls.

After rocking out at church, Timo had a three on three indoor soccer game. His team, "The Holy Men" (despite being co-ed.?) played a good game, but lost on technicality's. We're just about to head out for some openers before dinner, and then it's off to the races this weekend. Saturday brings us to Longmont and Sunday to Bolder(?). There going to be some good ones, so stay tuned for the break down.
