so much for avoiding the grassy areas. there her favorite place to 'tootsie roll'....
made it another day and still feeling better bit by bit. more of the serious stuff is gone and its just dealing with the weakness feeling. went out on the road for an hour easy to just spin out the cob webs in my legs and try and get a glimse into were im at conditionally. things felt alright. but then, when your riding around at 125 bmp all day, it feels ok no matter what. well see what tomorrow brings, but probly another safety spin to give the body some more to rest, then hopfully put down a steady ride or two this coming week. i want to get to the point where i can comfortably go out and ride the race this sunday. maybe even give it some gas....
headed into town tomorrow to pick up this guy...

Blake was going to head home with me after N.C., but with my no go, hes on his way back solo. he had a good couple races down there, despite some nutrition issues. looks like hes making the jump up to Timo's race for Mt. Snow... Speaking of nutrition, Timo felt a little stomach thing coming on after his first gel in the Semi Pro race. not wanting to risk getting sick like the previous weekend, he went the rest of the 3+ hour race on fluid alone! he better get that one figured out before VT if he plans to break the top 30 this weekend.
