spinnin around

Blake made it into town today. got some quality spinnin around time in. weve both got legs to lossen up, but for very diferent reasons. Blake coming off a weekend of travling and racing, and myself, a week of couch serfing and feaver pains. look ma'. no hands. view from the top of Mt. Parking Garadge. Those switchbacks are nasty. took a ride down the old Rt. 128. congradulations to those of you who just finished youre school years! let the summer begin. the next few days are looking pretty simple here. body seems to be responding well to the meds, so i think tomorow im going to up the ride to long and stedy, and posibly even throw in a few intendity bits if things are still progressing come wednesday.... anyone intrested in an easy ride tomorow night at Cutler Park in Needham? ( eeeasy ride! ) im thinking 6 maybe. let me know... chowder.
