Wednesdays during 'cross season. The name Wednesday just makes you think suffering does it not. No? Then you obviously don't race 'cross. Your finely recovered enough from the weekend to get in some long race simulations, and its the last day before you have to start resting up for the weekends races. For you two-race-a-weekers out there, its the only quote on quote, training day, of the week.

Today was jam packed with fun starting with a short run with some hill sprints this morning. Then a 'cross ride with some corner/sprint work, some race simulations, and some strait up barrier practice for good measure. For all you, "stretch out my jersey pockets during cross' season because im too proud to put on a bottle cage and too smart to ride without fluids" I give you the best part about running top levers. Just stash it behind a tree during your efforts and keep your pockets from becoming parachutes.

Get you're slithery self off my cross course you ugly wench. I peed my pants twice taking this picture. Lets not get into how much I dislike snakes. That incident in Snowmass didn't earn them any brownie points eater.

Off to class. Wednesdays are environmental management until 9:30, which, will require a sub 4 minute mile to make the train. I'll be the one in the back of the clas stretching and doing strides at 9:25.
