Snow Show

playing around at the mountain these past few days. my legs want nothing to do with a mountain bike right now, and i'm pretty sure the rest of my body shares that opinion. but, i need these points. Short Track is tonight at 6.30pm and XC is sunday morning bright and early. finishing is certain, but how much give i'll have is up to my fary bike mother. being able to ride evrything and not have to stop for a nap on course would be nice. Tonight i'll take whatever comes my way. hopfully i can go out there and fake it for 25 minutes and collect some good points. and if not, whats a nother 25 minutes of my day looking like and idiot...Semi XC is just finishing. Blake was right on the line for top 30. and timo was back on the 40's looking good and riding ahead of some guys. more when final results are up. on tap for tomorow is pro XC and Junior X XC. pics and resport/results to come.

Blake and Wink come thruough lap 1 together. wink was moved up to low 20's last i saw, and blake not far behind. Not bad for blake in his first big Semi Pro showing. must have been all that quality resting he did this past week. Timo looking very GQ in his new Skin Suit.

in other news, this resort charges for EVRYTHING. first they wanted 100$ for a 50 minute sports massage. then 15$ for breakfast. 75$ if we wanted a mini fridge. and now 250& for bringing the bike in the room... someone should tell these people it's not ski season, and that MTBers dont do this 'paying for stuff' thing... time to sneak the bike out for a 25 minture huricane of pain... chowder.
