rest days

Monday after a race is abviously one of the most critical days to sit back, put your feet up, and rest the previous weekend out of your legs. after a long day in VT and an equaly long drive home, i was hit with the anouncment of a 'dinner party'. i spent the majority of the night yelling to relatives across the room at the dining table as i sat inverted, legs up, on the couch. Haley ( sister ) came by and talked me into coming back into town to spend the night at her new place in Back bay. At three hundred and thirtyfive degrease Celceous, i should have known that down town boston wouldnt be the best place to get my good nights sleep. with alittle tweaking of the fan and lack of aftificial material cover, i made it through the night somewhat comfertably... about weather or not to do an easy ride tonight, my morning walk revealed this 'sign'. so insted i kicked back with a bowl of granola.

then it was a 30 minute stroll through along the comman, thru the public gardens, and across some parks into the finacial district. ( i may have spent a considerable amount of time at Bank Of America, opening a new account ) final location being the Borders on Milk street. first on the to do list was to find a comfy chair and catch up on some important curent events.

Once i had exausted my copasity for news, i dove into some serious novels...

then stoped by moms office to bite on some plastic and try on a few led vests.

Haley works in the 'pregnant biulding'. i guess i can see where it got its name, but i can also see that the people on the nicknaming comitte are really bad at what they do. Also, i could NOT beleave the percentage of obease people in town. youd think having to walk around a city in this heat would slim down some of these, for lack of a better word, side walk obsticles. walking around the streets during lunch break was like a constant game of dodge the woman carrying the Big Mac. i wasn't sure if id make it out alive. a walk a train and a car later, im right back were i started. for a day filled with so much stuff, this is a pretty boring post. for quality blogging, give this a try.
